Dave Palmer

Dave Palmer brings to Sinon the accumulated experience of a thirty-year career in radio technologies and the last 20 years in the transport sector. He has been at the fore-front of technology in transportation globally with Icomera and Engie since 2005.

Philip Thompson

Philip leads the IT support and operations within Sinon. His back ground in designing and implementing complex IT solutions for the Telecom and Banking industry makes Philip a highly valuable member of the Sinon Team. As Well as the IT contribution to the team, Philip has overall responsibility for the frequency planning of wireless networks.

Alan Burgess

Over 25 years experience in TV Broadcast and Telecommunications infrastructure, with executive roles in R&D, Design and deployment and Technical management in the UK, USA and Germany. Burgess, offers extensive experience from a base of creative thinking to address practical issues and ensure systems are financially sound and future cogniscant.

Matt Barker

Matt has nearly 20 years management consultancy experience across a range of sectors, including telecoms, transport and construction. In recent years he has been involved in a number of major franchise / funding bids and provides insight from both a commercial and project delivery perspective.
